Despite the weather, we had an amazing time. The pool was spacious with plenty of seating. The beach was right there with easy access. The chair service that is offered was very convenient and they were very friendly. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. We will definitely return next year!! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!!!

The condo I rented from this company was beautiful. Plenty of room and the rooms were arranged perfect for privacy. The service was excellent. Everything was done perfectly. I would rent from them again.

This is our third time staying at Silver Shells -- it's always consistent and we have little to no complaints. The communication leading up to our vacation is always concise and helpful with step-by-step instructions for check-in and out. We also appreciate condos that feature two bedrooms with king beds!

Beautiful condo, we saw dolphins every morning from the balcony. Kitchen well stocked and everything was very clean! Convenient location to Publix & Walmart for groceries & necessities. We loved our stay! Only criticism is please include beach chairs like the other units do, they are such a big expense on top of the rental. And some games in the condo would be nice. Otherwise it was perfection!

St. Maarten 705 is a very nice unit. Silver Shells is centrally located
and Security was very helpful with any questions. Our mid September
Weather was near perfect . This unit has its own direct elevator...
never seen that before. The Silver Shells layout is spacious and
very well landscaped. Pool is very nice.
The folks at Newman-Dailey were all courteous, hospitable, and
customer service oriented. We would not think of going to Destin
or Sandestin without checking with Newman-Dailey first!

We stayed in 705 for a week with friends. We had a blast! The view is breathtaking! The balcony was perfect for breakfast and evening night caps! It was pretty stocked for all of our cooking needs. I wished the pool would provide towels, that would be helpful. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a must for us and it worked perfectly! Our only issue was other guests would hold the private elevator door to their condo which then would not allow it to work. I got stuck a few times. A note to all guests reminding them to be courteous would solve that issue. We’d love to stay here again if we decide to come back to this particular area.

The property is beautiful!! The ocean view is awesome! I loved sitting on the deck in the morning (& evening) reading, listening to the ocean. The sand on the beach is really fine. The elevator into the room was really nice too. There was nothing I didn’t like about this place.

The parking can be a little confusing at first. We've created a helpful parking map and step-by-step guide to help with check-in day and departure day.
We had a wonderful stay! Weather was perfect and the room was very nice! This was our first time staying here so we were not familiar with the property. Even though we had all the instructions on how to get into our room…. We could not find the service elevator! If you use the private elevator, you need a key card (which we would get AFTER getting into our actual unit.) So…. How do we get to our unit if we don’t have a card yet??? A guest of the resort helped us find the right elevator to the outside of our unit. Once I put in the code, we were able to get into our room and get our key cards for the other “private” elevator. I’m not sure what we would have done if the gentleman didn’t help us because it was after hours! Other than this small hiccup - the vacation was wonderful for us all and we would definitely stay here again!!

SM705 was a beautiful condo with all the needed amenities. The kitchen was one of the best stocked that I have seen in my past visits to Silver Shells. Slept 8 comfortably and the access to beach and pool is one of the reasons we return year after year to Silver Shells.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving 2019 in unit 705 at St Maarten Silver Shells condo. It was so nice to walk out of the elevator into your room. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious. It helped to have our own washer and dryer. We cooked a lot during our visit and enjoyed the kitchen. We would love to come back and stay in 705 again. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful time.

This property is beautiful! Love the decor and it was very clean on our arrival! Beautiful beach and pool views and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kiddos! The only drawback was Having to pick up the key cards and drop them off at check out. We flew and did not have a car so it was a little cumbersome. Wish there was a drop box there. We had a wonderful week and will return again! Love this property and grounds. We really enjoyed the Beach bar!

We had originally planned to stay in another condo in the St.Maarten building, but had to change plans 10 days before our arrival.
We were lucky enough to be able to stay in 705. It was a 3 bedroom condo on the beach. It was bright and airy.
We had an awesome time. We did have a plumbing problem which was fixed in a very timely manner.
My only concern is that there should be sone regular height chairs in the dining room and the balcony. All the chairs except for a rocker were talk high top chairs. They are not the best chairs for short people.
We would definitely stay in that unit again.

My family goes to destin at least twice a year and we have found silver shells beach resort & spa to be the perfect resort for our family. It is a beautiful property. We’ve stayed at at Maarten and st croix several times. New Dailey was very helpful. I would definitely rent through them again. Unit 705 st Maarten was beautiful. Our family would like to thank you for sharing your unit with us.

The condo was beautiful. View spectacular! Could have been cleaner. Floors were filthy, slats missing from window blinds. Looks like mould around the vents in the walls. Staff at the rental centre could have been nicer. We are adults renting a condo....not really appropriate to be telling us we will get kicked out if anyone throws anything off the balcony. Due to spring break there were a lot of young adults. Very noisy. The elevator kept dinging all night long. However we had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed visiting with our family.

We completely enjoyed our stay at St. Maarten at Silver Shells 705. I had given this trip to my children and grandchildren for Christmas last year and we had looked forward to the trip for so long and it met every single one of our expectations and dreams! The condo was beautiful, clean and inviting and met every single need and more. Thank you so much to the owners for opening your home to us to enjoy! Destin is my favorite place on earth.....I will never forget our time we shared there in July, 2016 and hope that we can come again soon and stay in the very same condo! Thank you!

Need a little more comfort on the balcony. Back and seat pads for rocking chairs and a chase lounge or extra chair would be nice. Condo is in perfect location with views of pool and gulf. I love this condo and would definitely recommend it to all.

We have been coming to Destin many, many years and most years we come in the summer and return in the fall. Renting through Newman Dailey has always been a pleasure. This is the first time we had stayed at Silver Shells. This condo is well supplied with everything you could possible need for all the comforts of home. It is decorated beautifully and the view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. It is within walking distance of the Back Porch and also a wonderful little candy/gift shop. The guys and kids enjoyed the basketball court and tennis court. The only thing is the owner really does need to put a sofa sleeper in the living area as the love seat and the chairs are just not enough room for a family of eight to be able to watch a movie without someone sitting at the table. Yes we will stay here again!!

St. Maarten 705 was the nicest condo we've ever rented. Loved the elevator opening directly into the foyer of the room and the private underground parking. The view directly on the beach is incredible. The unit is very spacious and nicely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything you need.
Two recommendations would be: The living room could benefit by having a full size sofa instead of a love-seat and rugs in the main rooms would help with noise absorption and warmth and overall comfort.
Silver Shells is a luxury resort and is very well maintained and secure. The pool and exercise facility are both outstanding and I would recommend the spa!
We were impressed with the service by Newman-Dailey, really appreciated the service provided for the wireless internet capability and the welcome packet supplied and would have loved it if beach chair service was also included with the rental.
We really liked having the beach grill and bar and The Front Porch restaurant a short walk on the beach!
Overall an excellent stay and we would definitely rent 705 again!

Over the last 28 years, I have had the privilege of staying in Destin, Florida, for each of these years at least one time, more often at least 4 to 6 times a year. It is wonderful to relate how fantastic the Newman-Dailey company was! They gave me the best rate, extra perks in the check-in package and were always accessible. I never had the opportunity to use them prior to this trip and now recommend them to all. Of course, Silver Shells is one of my favorite places to stay and this unit at St. Maarten was beautiful as well as perfect for us. Great experience!!

Lovely condo located on the beach. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. The location couldn’t be beat. We had shopping, restaurants and activities within walking distance.

We stayed in the seventh floor penthouse at St.Maarten. It was inviting as soon as the elevator doors open. That’s right you have a private key to the elevator that opens right up into your condo! It felt like we were celebrities staying in a luxurious condo! It was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was updated and fully stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing. We can’t wait to be back next year.

Super time in a super condo! Our only complaint was that we didn’t want to leave! We had a great time and felt like we “came home” when we walked in this condo. It was very warm and inviting. The views are stunning from the balcony. To believe it, you will have to check it out for yourself!

We really enjoyed our vacation at St. Maarten. The management company went above and beyond trying to get us in early since we had an infant with us. Upon arriving in the condo, we found that it was incredibly clean and fit our needs exactly. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach each day we were there. Thanks!

This place rocks! This condo is located directly on the beach and has incredible views. The pool was really cool and the kids loved it. The condo was very nice and clean. The location to other things was great as we could walk to lots of things.
