Jeanne Dailey co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. in Destin, Florida in 1985, and became sole owner of the growing company in 1988. She has since led Newman-Dailey to become one of the most successful companies along Florida’s Emerald Coast, specializing in resort rentals, sales and management in Destin and South Walton. With more than 220 combined years experience at Newman-Dailey, the friendly team of professionals brings in-depth knowledge of the marketplace along with stellar service and warm welcomes. Dailey continues to be an industry leader, serving a member of the HomeAway Customer Advisory Board from 2011-present.

Newman-Dailey has a full-service real estate division, licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Business  and Professional Regulations, with extremely knowledgeable and friendly agents. They are listed in the top 10% of real estate agencies on the Emerald Coast according to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) "Closed Sales Summary Report." In addition, Newman-Dailey consistently ranks in the top 10% of agencies and three of its agents were listed in the top 10% of real estate agents as reported by ECAR. 

Newman-Dailey also has a fully-staffed association management division, which currently manages 64 associations, from large properties of approximately 300 units, to smaller communities of eight units; 14 of which have been managed from their inception.
