Maintenance Technician

Our Association Management Division is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician. This role requires experience and training in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work. A Certified Pool Operators License is also necessary. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Flexible availability for scheduling is a must. This is a full-time position with full benefits available. $500 sign on bonus.  Drug-screen is required.
