Slow M'Ocean Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

When the beach calls you, this home is the answer. With five bedrooms -- plus a bunk room 'hangout' for the kids -- this beach house is a great for gathering.
It is steps from the beach, as well as all the fun and fine dining along our area's iconic beach road, 30A. The unique back and side yards maximize the outdoor space. The open floor plan draws friends and family together to enjoy good times. Plentiful private bedrooms guarantee down-time, as well.

This home currently provides streaming services only with Smart TV's and Roku's.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE ticket each day of your stay to the following activities through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less: Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Zip Line, Snorkeling, and a Bike Rental

No pets allowed.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

excellent location, private and peaceful

Hot tub was really nice in the evening. The most beautiful beach is directly across the street. There were a few minor things that I reached out to the owner about and they were friendly and quick to respond! Would absolutely stay here again felt right at home, there is plenty of space, linen, and beach items!

Extremely spacious and clean. Balcony on all 3 levels. Beds were comfortable. Even the bunk bed slept like a charm. Hot tub and outdoor space great for relaxing. Walking distance to the beach and outdoor activities. Really enjoyed the night club AJs. Would definitely book this location again.

We absolutely loved this home! The house provided the perfect layout with plenty of space for our large family and the kids enjoyed the "extra" living area. The yard provided plenty of space to hang out, eat meals, sit around the fire pit and the kids loved the hot tub but was a little to warm outside for the adults however it was a unique amenity. Parking is a little tight but if you park sideways and squeeze cars close together we were able to get 3 vehicles in the driveway however if you drive large suv's and or trucks you probably could only fit 2. Being at the end of the cul de sac was great and felt more secluded. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach access was a short walk. Highly recommend Shunk Gulley's and checking out Gulf Place stores and restaurants. Definitely would rent again.

We met up with family at this house, which has a great walking location to restaurants and two beach accesses. Wonderful outdoor area to hang out. Bedrooms are perfect for families with young children. A-plus communication with property managers. We will be back!

perfect family vaca!

Amazing house. Perfect layout and bedding. We spent a lot of time at the house in the back yard, it was like home away from home with a beach option we don't normally have. Best of all worlds. Easy walk to the public beach access, enjoyed lunch and dinner at Shunk Gulley's. Gulf Place had great shopping and food options as well. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.
