We loved it here. Short walk to the beach. Great pool area. Chairs and umbrella were wonderful. House had plenty of space for all 7 of us.

2nd summer staying in this townhome. Only up grade I would wish for is better AC up stairs. Being July, it was a little toasty up stairs. Other than that it was a fantastic stay once again for the family!

We loved our stay at Mainsail townhome 6. The community setup is so neat. Kids were able to play in the grassy area, and I could easily watch them from the back deck. The townhome had all the kitchen tools we needed to prepare meals. Communication from the resort management company was awesome! We had an issue with the wifi and they got right back to us! We will definitely come back to Destin!

Plenty of sleeping. Newman Dailey was extremely responsive to contact while at the property. One small problem arose and they sprang into action to correct. This problem was not their fault but they stepped up to the plate to hit it out of the park. Would I recommend staying with a Newman Dailey managed property? Short answer is YES! Would I stay at Mainsail again? Probably. Getting in and out of the property is a little tough because of the amount of traffic the week we were visiting coupled with the road construction going on, it closed half the lanes. But it was doable so. Beach was nice. Covered parking at unit. Also covered parking garage just a very short walk away for extra vehicles. Only downside to the unit was the dryer doesn’t dry very well. Had to run the clothes thru two to three times. Unit was very clean. Super quiet, gated community that’s very well taken care of. Furniture is in good condition. Plenty of pot and pans, even a crock pot so that you can cook while enjoying the beach that’s a short walk away. Pool area is well kept. We enjoyed swimming in both the gulf and the pool as Hurricane Delta way way in the middle of the gulf was making the waves a little too big for our grandson. So thankful that a pool was available to still enjoy the day.

I loved this property . I would stay again & again . Everything was clean & spacious. I locked my self out and left my cellphone in the unit. The reply back was quick and fast with no problem to get my phone, I will be back soon!!!!
