We are thrilled to offer our Newman-Dailey guests 1 FREE Activity each day of your stay through Xplorie for paid stays, 27 nights or less. Big Kahuna’s water Park, A Round of Golf, Dolphin Cruise, Parasailing, The Gulfarium, & Snorkeling (seasonal and subject to availability)


Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The view was unsurpassed! Loved being able to sit in air conditioning and still have a great view! Location was great but traffic was a bit of a headache. Had some minor problems and was called back within short period of time but did feel like there was no "person" to help when needed. Had to call and leave message and then get a call back. Other VRBOs you could contact host via message and get a quick response. Pool was nice enough and beach was great with very short walking distance! Appliances were nice and equipment there was good enough but if you were cooking for large group, you are limited. Overall I would rate this condo highly.

We enjoyed everything, from the booking process, to the very last day of our stay there. Gorgeous place with a lot great amenities. There’s everything around this location and everything is so close. We loved our stay here and definitely will be coming back to this place. Of all other condos we have stayed in, this is by far the best one. I would recommend this .
