Love the location and the way the lot is set up, it's perfect and private. Just remember, all bedrooms are upstairs so be ready for the stairs if you are disabled, as there are no bedrooms on main floor.

The access and closeness you have to to the beach is wonderful. The views are 10/10, and the house has all the comforts of home.

The house was beautiful, the view was gorgeous and it was right in the beach. It had an outdoor shower which was great after a day in the beach. The property management were great, instructions for entry and exit was easy. I recommend this property. My family can’t wait for next year

Our stay at the Hudson House was pleasant. Had to over look the mold on the doors and chairs out on the deck and doorways.The sliding glass doors were so dirty you could not see out. Fernando the maintenance man, came by and I mentioned it to him… he quickly had the windows cleaned by that evening..
It’s a fabulous piece of property being so close tho the water.
If you can over look the mold. Black and green mold. Public beach access is right next door, so things got pretty loud and rowdy around our provided beach chairs on the beach.
I would stay again probably after a good cleaning.
The house inside however was acceptable.

Love this house. Our vacation this year was awesome. Walked right out the back door to the beach. We will definitely be back. Already recommended this property to others when I got back to work. Thank you.

The house location is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous balconies overlooking the beach! The only downfall of the home is that it is old and has a very strong mildew smell. That is the only issue and everything else was perfect.

The house, property, and location were absolutely amazing! Newman Dailey’s staff was very helpful before and during our stay! I highly recommend using them!
