Fully stocked with kitchen utensils. Appliances worked well. Very comfortable for our family of 6 plus two toddlers Every one had their own space. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for a great stay. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room. We were not crowded. Easy and close access to the beach. We decided to extend our stay another day and was allowed.

Overall we enjoyed the condo very much for our group of 7 family members, including 2 children of 7 & 10 years old. Condo was very spacious, kitchen was extremely well stocked, seating and beds were comfortable, and good access to the beach. We definitely would consider staying there again if we had that large of a group with us, as it was also a good location. We have vacationed in Destin many times over the past 30-40 years and definitely one of the nicer places we have ever stayed. A very spacious and upscale feel to the condo, plenty of seating areas for our group of 7 and excellent access to the beach. The kitchen was very nice and extremely well stocked, views of the beach were excellent and the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. Good location and easy to access, plenty or restaurants and activities nearby.

This VRBO was perfectly set up for our group of 9 ages 11-16 for kids and 4 adults. The location was great. The condo it beautiful and well taken care off. The kitchen could use a cookie sheet and a cutting board though and I do wish they provided salt and pepper and maybe some olive oil in the welcome packet.

Our family has stayed at Emerald Dunes before and prefer this location to many other areas of Destin. Emerald Dunes 601 was by far the nicest of any condo or house we have rented. Perfectly located to take advantage of morning sunrises and evening sunsets, this condo - on the beach - had all the space and amenities we could have asked for. Our family of 10 had plenty of space to roam, and access to the pool and the private beach made the trip perfect for our grandchildren. A wonderful experience! Camille's across the street is an added bonus.

Took our son and his friends for spring break. The layout worked great. The loft upstairs allowed them to watch what they wanted on tv while we watched downstairs. Very spacious. It was not cramped at all.

The property was very clean, location was great as well as the views! The only complaints would be that there were no spices, only one trash bag and no shampoo or conditioner. These items should be standard in a vacation rental. I would also recommend for all rentals to include a full length mirror. Otherwise, the place was great. Would rent again.

We have been to Destin several times and we've always stayed in some really nice places but this particular condo was the most amazing one by far. Location was excellent, condo was emaculant, decor was beautiful. Check-in and checkout was so simple. This is the only place I want to stay when I visit.

This is a very well maintained, located and furnished condo. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the master bedroom is so pleasing. A minutes walk from the beach with private access, no crowd. Will stay here again. The sit out could be bigger though.

This lovely four bedroom penthouse on the beach was everything my family needed! This condo is spacious and could easily accommodate 12 to 14 people. he layout is perfect and the view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back!
