Ciboney 3005

Usually you find a place and the place looks better in pictures-this is not the case with this rental. It is even more beautiful and grand in person! The place is decorated so beautifully. Being able to see the beach from the living room and the master bedroom was incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. They even provide you with a nice starter kit to help with cleaning dishes. My favorite part about this stay was the complimentary beach chair service every day. The beach is just a short walk across the street and you’re also right next to pompano joes which has amazing drinks and food. The bathrooms were also SO nice and the large TVs provided in the living room and the bedrooms were fantastic. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. 10/10!

I would definitely come and stay again. The walk to the beach was really short. Had a beach view from the balcony. Also, the place was extremely clean. I love it!

This was our first experience with Newman Dailey Properties and it was fantastic. Loved their communication. The price of the unit was considerably low, so that was a bonus. The unit itself was better than the listing. Seriously! Everything is new… the walls, the paint, the texture, all new! Everything is very high end. The Wolf appliances, wow. The Bassett furniture. Even the $1200 toilets! Our family found the unit to be very clean. The beach view is beautiful and really understated in the listing. It’s great! The space is large and there’s plenty of room. Loved having a security system that beeped when the doors opened. The laundry room was a great bonus and I enjoyed the large countertop while doing laundry. The Electrolux washer and dryer were so nice. The beach set up with umbrella and 2 chairs was fantastic and completely hassle-free! Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We loved this unit and will definitely be back!

It’s also located within walking distance to activities, shopping, restaurants, and an ice cream shop! We had a great time at the beach, shopping, and parasailing! We can’t wait to come back!

Place is amazing! We enjoyed everything! Very clean with high-end appliances and finishings. Newman-Dailey was very helpful and the instructions were exact in every way. Highly recommend this place and I foresee us renting this place again in the future

Perfect location, steps away to the gated entrance to the beach. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. I loved having my morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The unit was very clean, beautiful decorated and furnished and it had everything we needed. Communication was great prior to arrival. We really loved this condo and can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
