After having to cancel and reschedule our trip due to hurricane Helene, we were so excited to “finally” make it to our destination. The beach was pristine. Thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there.

The view is spectacular and the amenities were great. Place looked exactly like the pictures. Only advice would be to bring your own pillows. Also, the pic of the second bedroom is a little deceiving. Room is much smaller than it looks and the top bunk has a weight capacity of 150 lbs. Other than that, I would definitely recommend. The xplorie benefits were worth using. We plan on coming back next year. Thank you!

Everything was maintained and in good working order and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Traveled as a family with our two teens. Great condo, awesome location.

Sterling Sands 504 was an awesome place to stay in. Perfect location and perfect views. The private beach access was perfect. You’ll be in the beach in less than 5 minute walk. Wish we could have stayed longer. We found our perfect Destin spot.

It was perfect! The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Very easy rental process, check in and check out was simple. Didn't have to go to an office for check in. Go to the office at the resort only to get packet with information and arm bands.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but clever use of mirrors ensures that you never feel it. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality linen provided. Our two teens shared the 2nd bedroom that has a twin over a full-size bunkbed. The room isn't very big, but they managed just fine. The master bedroom was lovely. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want to make your own meals. The location to the beach and the view is absolutely amazing. The owners graciously provide two chairs and an umbrella on the beach each day (otherwise, you have to rent them daily). The entire property is kept clean and is monitored to ensure that only owners and guests are in the pool area. The location is central to many interesting activities and places to eat. The check-in and check-out process was easy and well communicated. We have only good things to say about this unit and the entire property! Thank you to the family for sharing their home with us.

My husband and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary and his 80th birthday that week. It is furnished perfectly making it a fun, beachy retreat. I love the eclectic collection of art work! The owner thought of everything, from the reminder about the inside parking to the hint about reserving the beach chairs as well as the kitchen supplies. We will be back (hopefully early fall)! When I spoke about it to some of my co-workers they will also be contacting Newman-Dailey to rent this condo. Newman-Dailey does a fine job of keeping the condo clean and well organized and the renters well-informed. We look forward to returning soon and will definitely be contacting Newman-Dailey when we do!

We love the quirky decor of this condo. Great location. Loved the ease of check-in with the text messages. I had thought the bracelets that had to be worn to access the property were going to be aggravating to wear but surprisingly they weren’t. The complimentary chairs and umbrella was so nice!! Even the beach cart for us to use was great! The kitchen had everything you can imagine to cook with. From a crockpot to a kitchen aide. We had a nice parking spot in the garage so our car stayed cool. The only complaint was there was a rowdy group staying the same time we were but the security personnel finally put a stop to them.

This was our first time visiting Destin and staying at the Sterling Sands resort was remarkable. The check in process was flawless and very organized. The unit we rented was one of the nicest rooms we ever stayed at. If It was remodeled recently we could tell it was so new and clean. I loved the amenities that was included like the umbrella and chairs. We also had garage parking. Everything was close by shopping and restaurants. We definitely will be returning and will probably want this same exact room.

The condo itself was AMAZING!! The view was unmatched, the condo was clean and attractively decorated and the kitchen was so well stocked and organized. I should have read more closely the policy on personal umbrellas so that’s on me. I was a little put off by having to rent the resort’s umbrellas and chairs if we wanted to have any, but again, I should have read more closely. The pool was clean and warm, a parking spot in the garage and centrally located to sooo many places! Would definitely stay here again!

Newman-Dailey is an A+ company to book with. Loved the ease of a smaller building compared to others in the same area. The pool was heated and really warm, the jacuzzi clean and super hot, also had a cute gym facing the ocean. The HOA does an outstanding job keeping everything safe with a security guard and super clean. The beach is private and loved having the beach chairs set up and ready to go each day. The apartment is cheerful and charming with the bright colors. It is stocked well with loads of towels, fresh white linens, and kitchen supplies. Loved the trek furniture on the balcony and clear glass railing to see clear to the ocean. Only tip is if your a light sleeper you can hear the traffic on the main road, as bedrooms are in the back of the condo. Maybe bring a fan or sleep machine for white noise. I opted to sleep on the pull out couch in the living room, so I could hear the waves all night.

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Sands 504. The view from the balcony is amazing. Walking to the beach was quick and the complimentary beach service made our stay so easy. The Newman Dailey staff were so helpful and we appreciate their great customer service. Our room had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay.
