This house was perfect for our girls' weekend away! The 14 of us were very comfortable - there was plenty of space to spread out and to spend time together. The house came with everything we needed, and we loved having the private pool and the beach so close! Highly recommend.

My family stayed here during the 4th of July holiday and we were all very impressed with the property!! There was great communication throughout the whole process, to start we were blessed with the opportunity to have an early check in ( which really helped us get started preparing for the holiday meal). The house was clean and well stocked with starter supplies (bathrooms and kitchen). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed as well (bring your own seasonings of course). There was a regular and k cup coffee pot!! There is a gas barbecue grill out back. There is plenty of space for parking and the house is maybe 3 minutes away from grocery stores, gas stations, Starbucks, and anything else you can possibly need. The distance to the beach is wayyyy closer than described!! There was so much space in the house that we were never on top of each other, not once!! I could go on and on about our stay, we will definitely be returning in the near future!!

This listing was incredible - walking distance to the beach (only 1 block away!), pool was good with plenty of seating, bunk beds were double size both top and bottom bunks, king beds in every room with private bathrooms, etc. We had a great time and wouldn't change anything!

We loved our time at Coastal Cove. The house was amazing and offered plenty of space for our crew. Everyone had plenty of privacy. We loved that all of the bedrooms had king-sized beds and private bathrooms. The additional living space on the second floor was very helpful. The pool and outdoor area were amazing and just what we needed with the beach being so busy. The kitchen was great and the large island was helpful. The location was great, close to Publix and other shops. The nearby walking path was great for early morning exercise or for walks to the nearby Camille's cafe for coffee. The only issue we encountered was the internet streaming and DISH network capability. We had a very difficult time getting the TV's to not continuously buffer. Good news is that we weren't there to watch TV so not really a big deal.

We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and it was amazing! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made getting ready for a night out super easy. And you can't beat a 2 minute walk to the beach!

This property is awesome. we used every room and had a large family group of 20. It never felt crowded. Loved the layout and the beach is such a short walk. The outdoor grill had gas hooked up to it which was a huge plus, no tank to worry about. The pool is smaller than we thought but it worked. The outdoor area has tons of space for hanging out. Had small issues withDish not working on TV but plenty of streaming options. Check in and out was super easy. property management easy to reach and super responsive. Loved our vacation.

Coastal Cove was the perfect venue for our family’s annual camp! The house was spacious, super clean, beautiful, and a very short walk to the beach. Even with 8 adults and 9 kids, we had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the small pool was a wonderful place to cool off and relax after a day at the beach. Our family has stayed at various properties in three different states, and I have to say that we have never been been as impressed with a property management company we we were with Newman-Dailey. Communication was prompt, and our requests were addressed immediately. Our entire family has requested we re-book at Coastal Cove next year. It’s a delightful property and I’ve already recommended it to friends.

We booked this house for 12 adults and 6 children for a family get away and to celebrate an 85th birthday and it was perfect! The house exceeded all our expectations! The seven master suites and bunk room and 7.5 bathrooms accommodated us perfectly! The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be back!! Loved it all!

Exactly what we were looking for! The beach was right out our front door. We even had Gulf views from the front balconies of the house where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The living spaces are very spacious and never once did we feel crowded with our family of 15. The kids especially loved private pool and the adults were able to enjoy lounging by the pool on the huge deck. The beds were comfortable, and the furniture is high quality. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back next year!

House, pool and location are perfect and stunning! We loved that each bedroom is the same (king bed and bathroom, except the bunk room)- great for trips with friend groups or couples. Newman- Dailey is super responsive and helpful throughout your entire trip- they were always available. The house doesn’t have some basics that would be helpful- soap in all bathrooms for example- but they do note that in the house details clearly and you can bring or order whatever you need.

This place was amazing! I will definitely book again. It was only a few steps away from the beach and the house was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out and quick response from the host.
