Great cozy stay! Great area just minutes away from restaurants and local shops . Beautiful views , we only had issues with connecting to the WiFi , there was a light storm during our stay and host said it was due because of the weather but very responsive. Will return again. ??

Great location to many restaurants and shops. Beach access was easy and the beach was beautiful. Great pool, wasn't very crowded the whole time we were there. View of the ocean from the entire front room of the condo. Be sure to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper if staying for more than 2 or 3 days. Also bring beach towels as none are supplied. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the helpfulness of Newman-Dailey.

The condo was exactly as described and more. The location was perfect for our family. We would stay here again if we get the chance in the future. The only downside was the elevator wasn’t clearly marked, and we climbed three flats of stairs with all our luggage. Later, we did find the elevator. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be a problem for folks that have trouble walking steps. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

We had a great vacation. We love Palms of Dune Allen. We stayed here while raising our children. We would only suggest that the owners replace the current old and tired couches in the main room. They sink down when you sit on them; otherwise a very lovely unit. Thanks!

Condo was as advertised. The patio was the highlight. The kitchen, w/d was certainly helpful. Unfortunately we did not find the elevator until all the luggage was lumped to the third floor by my husband??. But it came in quite handy after the fact! We rented beach chairs/umbrella from Beach service( very handy) the Ocean and weather were nothing less than PERFECT! All in all.. very cozy.. you can’t go wrong here!??

This was the BEST vacation and spot for our crew. We had the most fabulous and relaxing time. The big couch on the back porch made for great cuddling with all of our kids, young and old, while we looked out over the beautiful water.

We enjoyed our stay in Dune Allen beach and loved the condo! It’s decorated very cute and has the comforts of home. The view is awesome! Our favorite part is the balcony.
