Christopher Holbrook was introduced to the restaurant business at age 14, but has always had a passion for the culinary arts. He went on to attend Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC, to begin his culinary career, then continued to mentor under local celebrity Chef Tim Creehan while working at Bluepoint Atlanta. After moving to the coast, Chef Holbrook started working at the local favorite, Fish Out of Water. He later opened his catering business as a way to make each and every event a signature of his heart for your dining pleasure!
