Not Just a House, A Home

After a long day of travel, park in a driveway right on the property to easily access this vacation home. Up to 4 vehicles can fit! Check in directly at this property with a custom code provided in the guest portal for total ease and security. Walk up to the furnished porch. Step into the first floor, a large open area that connects the whole family while still providing ample space to sit, entertain, and enjoy. Natural light glistens through each window, illuminating the hints of décor that resemble life on the Emerald Coast. After letting everyone unpack and put away their things, throw on that new bathing suit and head to the pool! Out the back door is direct access to this home’s private pool, which can even be heated. Snack on a sandwich on the poolside seating after a good swim as the day comes to an end. Walk down the beach, only 0.2 miles away, to catch the sunset and know that the fun has just begun!

3 Stories of “WOW!”

On the 1^st floor, guests will find the living room, dining area, and kitchen space all connected. The living area includes plenty of comfy furniture, a sleeper sofa, fireplace, and a smart TV. Behind this is a 6-seater dining table and 4 counter-side seats for large parties wanting to keep everyone together during those special dinners. The kitchen includes an open area with plenty of appliances, such as a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, dishwasher, blender, standard coffee maker, K-Pod coffee maker, and plenty of utensils. To the right is the backdoor to the laundry room that provides direct access to the fenced-in pool area! There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one bedroom on this floor includes a trundle-style frame, a smart TV, and a door to the porch. This door also includes a chain lock near the top of the door to provide an extra safety measure for families with younger children.

Walk up the stairs to the 2^nd and 3^rd floors, which include 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft area. The primary bedroom has a king mattress, fireplace, sitting area, dresser style TV stand, smart TV, balcony access, and a joined primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. Closet and drawer storage is also available to provide ample room for guests, allowing everything to have a space. Down the hall is another bedroom with a king mattress, a smart TV, balcony access, closet space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3^rd floor holds a special loft area with a trundle-style bed, and TV stand cabinet. This loft makes the perfect spot for kids to pretend they are surveying the surrounding sea from a pirate ship crow’s nest.

Poolside Paradise and Beautiful Beaches

This vacation home’s backyard is perfectly private, thanks to the surrounding fence. The pool can also be heated for those colder months (fee applies). This area consists of plenty of spots to lounge in the sun, sit under an umbrella, or kick back and eat a snack at the shaded table. Off to the side is a concrete path that leads to a cozy grilling area, including a gas grill and an extra seat for any designated attendant. There is also plenty of room in the grassy area to play catch or fetch! For some sand, guests can head down to the shore access point at Crystal Beach Park, only 0.2 miles from the property. Beach equipment, such as chairs and umbrellas, can also be rented! Amazing Eats and Adventure!

So many vacation options are available at this property. Some local and visitor favorite places to grab a bite include Pepito’s Mexican Restaurant, Camille’s at Crystal Beach, and Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar and Grill. Pepito’s has been here since 2000 and has won The Best in Destin award for best Mexican cuisine. Their chefs are always crafting renowned dishes and adding signature margaritas sure to impress. Camille’s is another local favorite that hosts both a café for the mornings and a restaurant for the night.  Here guests can find café favorites, local fish dishes, top-shelf drinks, comfort foods, and a sushi bar. Fudpucker’s has won awards for its family-friendly menu and environment. So many other amazing restaurants are available in this area, these are just a few of the most reputable.

Get a taste of adventure after a good meal at The Destin Commons, Big Kahuna's, and The Track! The Destin Commons is filled to the brim with the latest shops and entertainment. Guests can find stores such as Sephora, Chico’s, and H&M. Entertainment is also available thanks to AMC theaters with IMAX and Dolby cinemas. The Track can be found right before Big Kahuna’s. Big Kahuna’s is Destin’s local waterpark that includes so many thrills. Roaring rapids, super swirly slides, and a last river only scratch the surface of what’s at this park. This park has so many not-so-water attractions, such as go-karts, mini-golf, and arcade.
