Enter the first-floor foyer, take a breath in and relax, you'll immediately know you're in paradise.  The elegant off-white walls reflect the natural light and provide the most serene scene. Each floor is decorated with modern, coastal art, including paintings of local wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and abstract wonders. Open the second or third-floor sliding doors and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf and the area's infamous beach dunes, swaying sea oats and sprouting palm trees. 

With three stories of sleek design and tasteful décor, Casa Bella Mar offers ample space to spread out as well as come together. The first floor features a bunk room, a bedroom, bathroom, and an entertainment area with pool table. Off to the right of the foyer is the first-floor primary bedroom with a connecting full bath and closet. It also sports a comfy king and windows looking out at the planted greenery that provides vibrancy and privacy. Walk further to find a half bath and two bedrooms located both left and right. One holds another king-sized bed and the other has 2 pairs of joined bunks with a staircase with drawers for storage. At the end of the first floor is the recreation room. Here, guests can find a cozy living room, smart TV, modern pool table, and kitchenette. This wall-side kitchenette includes a mini fridge, sink, and plenty of space in cabinets and on the counter. Two sliding doors lead to the furnished porch and then onto the backyard.

Walk up to the second floor to be greeted by a door that directly leads to another bedroom with a two-sink bathroom along with a walk-in shower. Venture further down the hall to find the half bath, laundry room, and living area. Down the right-hand side of the hall is the laundry room, which includes two sets of washers and dryers, with a half bath right next to it. In the opposite direction is one of the main attractions, the kitchen, complete with an almost 20-foot marble island, two ovens, a side-by-side fridge and freezer, a stove, an ice maker, and a double sink. The owners have also included a large supply of cooking utensils. This kitchen is truly a chef's dream and allows the rest of the group to stay engaged thanks to the eight chairs along the island and the open floor plan. The living and dining rooms are only steps away, allowing anyone in this area to watch movies or shows on the smart TV. This floor is the perfect location to reconnect and enjoy treasured time with family and friends. Step out on the 2nd-floor balcony and take advantage of the gas grill and an 8-seat table for dining alfresco with the Gulf of Mexico in the distance and a private pool down below.

The top floor features space for relaxation. With three bedrooms, including another primary bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and two side-by-side rooms with their own bathrooms, the top floor offers plenty of space for privacy and downtime. With access to the 3^rd floor balcony, the left-hand bedroom leads out to plush swivel seats, while the right leads to a circular plush cabana on a wicker base, pillows, and cover.

Private Pool & Outdoor Paradise in Miramar Beach

Another great reason to choose this property is the private fenced-in backyard and option to park up to six cars in the driveway. Step out back to find covered seating on the porch and in the pergola or head over to the comfortable chaise lounge chairs and sunbathe poolside.
