Her recent honor as "Top Producer of the Year 2023" is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence. 

Heather Sprigler brings a fresh perspective and a legacy of success to both residential and commercial real estate.  With a background in finance and a natural knack for the industry, Heather quickly rose to the top, earning the title of “Rookie of the Year.” Since then, she has ranked among the top producers in the brokerage. Driven by her genuine love for the Emerald Coast lifestyle and her unwavering commitment to helping clients, Heather's transition into residential sales has been seamless. 

In 2015, this dynamic duo teamed up to become known as the Green Team, actively connecting local real estate agents by organizing monthly Agent Property Tours for listings in Miramar Beach, Florida. Their dedication to clients and their community has earned them professional success but also lifelong friendships with clients and colleagues. In the first quarter of 2024, this team sold a $9.4 million dollar property that set a record for the west end of Highway 30A. This further illustrates Diane and Heather’s ability to service the luxury markets along the Emerald Coast.
