The Dish & the Spoon Chef Hunter Davis
Chef Hunter grew up along Highway 30A, where he first began his exploration of the culinary arts. Chef Davis worked every position in the kitchen of local restaurants, craving to create an atmosphere for fun moments and personal connection. In 2012, Hunter brought up The Dish & the Spoon, a private catering service ready to bring delicious meals and savory experiences beyond the restaurant setting. Chef Hunter and his family have taken up new endeavors in Madison, Wisconsin, but the company lives on, still ready to serve the 30A and South Walton communities! Meals all depend on your area and can range from pan-seared scallops with mango salsa to fresh grouper ceviche with cilantro, bell pepper, onion, lime, and jalapeño. Pick from a four-course dining meal, a six-person dinner, and so much in between!
