Spicy Pineapple Cocktail Welcomes You to the Beach

The pineapple is the perfect fruit to eat on a hot summer day. Even more, pineapples are also considered an expression of hospitality and symbol of “warm welcomes.”  

It’s fitting that one of our favorite beach cocktails is the Spicy Pineapple. At Newman-Dailey, we celebrate Southern Hospitality and have been providing warm welcomes for more than 35 years.

Today, we’re sharing how to make one of our favorite beach cocktails, The Spicy Pineapple. CLICK HERE to view video. 

•      2 ounces spicy vodka (soak jalapeno, serrano or other hot pepper for 2-7 days; Note: The longer you soak the peppers the hotter the result.) 

•      1 ounce pineapple juice

•      Splash of sparkling water (optional)

•      Garnish with mint leaf or pineapple wedge
