At Sanctuary at Redfish, we appreciate our natural surroundings and the many animals and marine life that call our area home.

Now, thanks to 30A Kids Sea Life Discovery Center in Grayton Beach, families have an opportunity for fun and hands on learning about our coastal environment. The non-profit organization connects kids and families to the ocean through hands-on discovery programs that combine lab studies, in-field science studies and experiential adventures. 

Located just a short drive or bike ride from Sanctuary at Redfish, families will arrive at the sea lab and learn about local marine life in the lab’s touch tanks, including urchins and starfish. Or schedule a tour with Marine Biologist Joe Moore and his team into the field to view a wide variety of species in their natural habitat.  

The Sea Lab programs are booked by reservations, including school field trips, after school programs and family day trips. Group programs begin in March and the Sea Lab is open year round.
