Select from one of three special Valentine’s Day cruises, which depart from the Sandestin Marina. Couples will step aboard a luxurious yacht and be treated to sweeping views, romantic ambiance, delicious three-course dinner and live music.

Thursday, February 14^th from 7 – 10 p.m. 

Friday, February 15^th from 7 - 10 p.m. 

Saturday, February 16^th from 5 - 8 p.m. 

As the area’s only dining and entertainment yacht, the Solaris offers a special evening under the stars. Upon being welcomed on-board by the SOLARIS captain, guests are invited to start the evening with a cocktail from the full-service bar and take in the fresh air from the sky deck while cruising the open waters. While enjoying the three indoor and outdoor decks, the SOLARIS chefs are freshly preparing the delectable meal on-board in the yacht’s galley. 

 The three-course, chef-prepared culinary adventure begins with a Smoked Tomato-Artichoke Bisque with smoked pompdoro tomatoes, artichoke hearts and basil-mascarpone pesto. Entrée choices include a Filet de Madeira with optional Bronzed Shrimp, Trout Meuniere with optional Jump Lump Crab or Apricot-Fig Glazed Chicken with figs and apricots in a port wine reduction with rosemary. A vegetarian entrée option is a Vegetable Harvest with roasted portabella caps over a blend of citrus quinoa and yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant and grape tomatoes. The meal concludes with a Red Velvet Cake infused with hints of crystallized ginger, lemon zest and basil sugar. 

After the three-course meal, the romantic celebration continues with live music that can be heard from all three indoor and outdoor decks. Couples can dance under the stars on the yacht’s sky deck or enjoy the live music from inside the elegant dining spaces with panoramic windows.
