The ninth annual Torch Award program recognizes businesses and charities that insist on exceptionally high standards of behavior. We received our first Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics in 2007 in the category for businesses with under 50 employees, and became a BBB Accredited Business by achieving “Standards for Trust” in 2014. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties was named among Florida Trend Magazine’s Best Companies To Work For. Our company ranked number 18 on the list of the best mid-size companies to work for in Florida, which was announced in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. We are honored to be on the ‘best companies to work for’ list for the third consecutive year. Companies who participated underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as well as a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
