Newman-Dailey Honors Top Real Estate Producers in Destin, 30A, and Emerald Coast

The Newman-Dailey Real Estate Division is ranked among the top  5% of real estate companies according to the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS (ECAR). For the first quarter of 2018, the company recognized three top producers. Sales Associate Shannyn Stevenson was honored as the top sales agent and Real Estate Agents Colin Kirkwood and Keli O’Neal tied for Top Listing Agent for January – March 2018.

Colin Kirkwood is no stranger to the top producers circle and has garnered top sales agent on numerous occasions and was Newman-Dailey’s top listing agent for 2013. As top listing agent for the first quarter of 2018, Colin is energized by the current market conditions. As an investor himself, Colin has the knowledge and experience to guide clients through sales process and the ever changing market conditions. 

Colin recently shared thoughts on the market, “The real estate market in Northwest Florida is strong right now, The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors monthly market reports reveal single family home closings were up an average of 14.45 percent in January and February and new listing were up an average of 11 percent year over year.”  
  
Joining Colin in the winner’s circle is Keli O’Neal who tied with Colin for the most listings in the first quarter of the year. Keli grew up visiting the Emerald Coast and it is only fitting that she now calls Destin home. Her background in education and working with at-risk students gave her a great foundation for working in real estate. She is adept at problem solving and bridging the gap between buyers and sellers, which has led to many successful closings.
