Annual 30A St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival
This parade began years ago with a few golf carts and walkers and has become an anticipated annual tradition that’s grown into a fun coastal parade and celebration of all things Irish.The Annual 30A St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival will begin at 2 p.m. on Scenic Highway 30A west of Grayton Beach in Blue Mountain Beach. The line-up of fun, festival floats will parade by Newman-Dailey properties including Sanctuary at Redfish and San Remo before reaching Hwy 393 and turning right at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and ending for an Irish Festival at Arnett’s Gulfside Farm and Stables with the band the O’Mericans and The Drake School of Irish Dance beginning at 3 p.m. Afternoon schedule is as follows:
2 p.m. - Parade
3 p.m - Color Guard and opening ceremonies + National Anthem by REDD
3:30 p.m. - Drake School Irish Dance
4:15 p.m. - O’Mericans Celtic Band
4:45 p.m. – Bests! Best Dressed Pet, Best Redhead (Girl), Best Pirate (Boys)
5 p.m. - O’Mericans Celtic Band
5:30 p.m. - Best in Parade Award + Irish Land Plot Drawing
