Our Vacation Rental Division currently looking for a Guest Experience Specialist. The right candidate will work in the field and should have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and dependable transportation. This position will require basic computer skills as well as the physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Vacation Specialist
Our Vacation Rental Division is seeking a Vacation Specialist. Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, a local industry leader for great vacation getaways is looking for a full time Vacation Specialist. Accounting Manager - Homeowner's Association Management Division
Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is looking for an Accounting Manager for our Homeowner's Assocaition Division. Duties include management of all aspects of accounting functions, preparing budget projections for each association, and reconciling bank statements. Other responsibilities include preparation of monthly, quarterly and bi-annual assessment statements for homeowners. An Accounting Degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position and the right candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Applications as well as possess good communication skills. On-Site Maintenance Supervisor - HOA Division
As a local leader in Property Management, Newman-Dailey Resort Properties knows its most valuable asset is their incomparable team members. Newman-Dailey is currently looking for a qualified On-Site Property Maintenance Supervisor. This position requires a high school diploma (or Equivalent), and a minimum of two years Condominium Maintenance experience. The right candidate must also possess a License or Certification in at least one maintenance type skill plus maintain a CPO. Speaking, reading, and writing in English is also required. Vocational training/certification in one of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry or HVAC or five years experience in Condominium Maintenance is a plus. Community Association Portfolio Manager (CAM)
The Association Division of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is looking for a Community Association Portfolio Manager. The right candidate for this position should possess an active Florida Community Association Manager’s license and have three to five years of Direct Association Management experience. As an Association Manager, you will interact regularly with and act as liaison with Board members, homeowners, and contractors. Duties will include all aspects of Project Management, Property Inspections and Maintenance, and Association Administration Duties.
